GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION The Sites may be accessed from all countries around the world where the local technology permits. In the event that any provision in these Terms is found by competent judicial authority to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and/or replaced with a valid provision to cure the invalidity or unenforceability, and the validity of the remainder of these Terms shall remain unaffected, so that these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by SheepMedical without restriction or limitations.
